Shawn and his wife have proudly called The Fields home for the past four years. In November 2024, he was elected by fellow members of the community to serve on the HOA Board and was subsequently appointed as President. With over 27 years of experience living in HOA-managed communities—and having served on or contributed to the boards of three of them—Shawn brings deep knowledge and a strong sense of civic responsibility to his role.

Professionally, Shawn has more than 24 years of leadership and operational experience. He currently serves as a Compliance Manager overseeing more than 15 locations, and previously led a 35+ person team as a Service Director, managing virtually every aspect of a large-scale single-location business.

As President, Shawn is committed to fostering a transparent, respectful, and engaged community. He focuses on representing the shared interests of homeowners, encouraging participation, and guiding the community through thoughtful, long-term solutions to both current and future challenges.
